Engagement Opportunities

The GHF Conference brings together researchers, policymakers, civil society organizations, private sector leaders, foundations, and international organizations to address some of the most pressing challenges in global health.

To maximize the conference’s impact and ensure the participation of a diverse international community, GHF invites foundations, companies, and organizations to support the conference through sponsorship, philanthropy, or the organization of satellite events.

Your contribution directly supports scientific exchange, knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and the participation of attendees from diverse backgrounds and regions of the world.

Organize a Satellite Symposium

Civil society organizations, foundations, and private sector organizations are invited to organize a satellite symposium as part of the conference program.

These exclusive events provide a unique opportunity to showcase initiatives, foster dialogue, and engage participants around topics aligned with the conference themes.

Each satellite symposium includes:

• 90 minutes of panel discussions and presentations;
• 60 minutes of networking reception;
• a program developed and led by the host organization in coordination with GHF.

To ensure high visibility and quality, only three satellite symposia will be organized during the conference.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship provides organizations with valuable visibility and engagement opportunities throughout the conference.

Sponsors benefit from:

• logo recognition across selected conference materials and communication channels;
• official acknowledgment as a conference supporter;
• networking opportunities with participants, speakers, and stakeholders;
• association with initiatives that contribute directly to the conference experience and impact.

Organizations may provide general conference support starting at CHF 5,000 or choose to sponsor a specific activity (See below)

Philanthropic Support

Foundations, corporations, and individual donors who wish to advance the mission of GHF may support the conference through philanthropic contributions.

Philanthropic support helps strengthen the scientific quality, accessibility, inclusiveness, and overall impact of the conference.

Donors may provide general conference support starting at CHF 5,000 or choose to support a specific activity (See below)

Targeted Sponsorship and support Opportunities

• Travel Grants
  Starting at CHF 5,000 to support two travel grants and facilitate participation by researchers, students, and professionals who may otherwise be unable to attend.
• Science Speed Talks
  CHF 15,000 to support this dynamic session format designed to foster scientific exchange and collaboration.
• Matchmaking Application
  CHF 10,000 to support the conference networking platform, helping participants identify relevant contacts and schedule meetings.
• Coffee Breaks
  CHF 6,000 per coffee break. Six coffee breaks will be organized over the three days of the conference.
• CHF 25 000 to organize a photo and video studio intended to record the reactions of the public and the speakers
