The GHF Collaborative Poster Lab offers much more than a scientific exhibition space. It provides a conducive environment for exchanges, meetings, and the emergence of new collaborations between researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and field actors.

Posters are intended as starting points for discussion: an opportunity to share knowledge, gather feedback, explore synergies, and disseminate research to an international community committed to global health.

Each author remains free to choose their level of participation in the various activities offered, according to their interests and availability. The goal is to create an open and accessible environment that fosters both scientific dissemination and the resulting human and professional interactions.

Through this approach, the GHF Collaborative Poster Lab aims to transform posters into genuine spaces for dialogue, collective reflection, and networking.

Selected authors will have the opportunity to:

• Present their poster at the GHF conference
• Engage with participants during poster discussion sessions
• Participate in the Best Poster Trophy, with two prizes of CHF 1,000 each
• Participate in the Science Speed Talks competition (for students only), with one prize of CHF 1,000
• Gain increased visibility through the publication of their poster on the Zenodo platform with a DOI
